1: Those who have used the KIC furnace temperature tester understand that there are three settings: trigger temperature, intermediate start temperature, and stop temperature. These three settings are generally located in the LOG folder of the installation file. Notepad can be used to open corrections. Usually, the KIC furnace temperature tester measures peak welding, with a system default value of 5 sampling frequency, a starting temperature of 110 degrees Celsius in the middle, and a stopping temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. 2: The problem lies in the stopping temperature and sampling frequency. Usually, the insulation effect of the wave peak preheating zone is poor, and many wave soldering processes do not have IR zone thermal compensation installed. The temperature in the blank area between the preheating and the tin furnace dropped sharply below 90 degrees, so the KIC furnace temperature tester stopped recording, resulting in what the landlord said happened. So it's not the problem with the KIC furnace temperature gauge itself, the problem still lies in setting the parameters.
3: There are two solutions:
3.1 Increase the temperature of the preheating zone further; Keep the temperature of the circuit board surface above 90 degrees and enter the tin furnace area;
3.2 Modify the sampling frequency to 10, modify the intermediate starting temperature (85-100) and stopping temperature (65-80);
3.3 Download the brand new software again (2010 version software, can be modified directly on the operating interface)
